Dome

I attended RISD’s precollege program in the summer of 2018 where I majored in graphic design. One of my projects was to pick a letter and create an exaggerated form out of corrugated cardboard that would represent the letter. I chose the letter O in the Futura typeface, and this dome is what resulted. It consisted of two inset geodesic domes connected with cardboard splines and hot glue. After photographing the project, I created three color posters advertising an imaginary show where the dome would be shown.
